Ok, this shouldn't cause you too much trouble. The timing is something you'd have to practice, and I'll transcribe the chords as clear as possible. Well, the first version is simply G - A - Bm - A

So, let's try the version of the Vines. Honestly, I have no idea what the accurate names of the chords are. They're based on C, D and Em, so I'll just refer to them as such. Here they are:
